Oratile Gaoraelwe specialises in circular economy, gender mainstreaming, exploring solutions to economic diversification and climate change solutions.

She holds a BA (Gender Studies and Historical Studies) from the University of Cape Town, and is deeply passionate about socio-economic and environmental issues that disproportionately affect women and other minority groups, inclusive policies that prioritise upskilling initiatives and economic diversification.

Oratile also has experience in circular economy topics that focus on waste picking, textiles, manufacturing and circular agriculture.
