Denovan has over 25 years’ experience and is a knowledgeable programme manager with a proven track record in municipal capacity building, infrastructure development, and public-private sector collaboration. As Programme Manager for the TAMDEV Programme he is responsible for, deploying technical experts to strengthen institutional capacity in municipalities. His portfolio includes projects in the Just Energy Transition, water and sanitation, energy efficiency, and governance reform.
