Christina von Heyden

Christina von Heyden is an experienced leader and expert in international development cooperation with over 20 years of professional experience.
She has worked for renowned organisations such as GIZ, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and the Noah Foundation, and possesses extensive expertise in areas including good governance, mining, collaboration with the private sector, climate change and sustainable development.
Her career is marked by assignments in fragile states such as Afghanistan, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Côte d'Ivoire, where she spent eight years on the ground.
She has demonstrated outstanding skills in both management and strategic project development.
Christina holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a degree in Geography from Humboldt University of Berlin.
